Congressman Cao, along with a handful of other Republicans, voted to approve the $410Billion Omnibus bill which contained 9,000 earmarks.

The GOP doesn’t need Republicans that will vote against the party for the sake of earmarks and pork for their constituents that really only make government bigger.
